How does this work?
If you match with a job, you'll get an email from us. Then you can decide if you want to contact the company. They won't get your email address unless you decide to share it with them.
Who are you?
We're Ryan and Nick. We're developers who want it to be easier to find work we like. Ryan built a company called juicer ↗.
Nick made a game called King of Kalimpong ↗.
I'm a developer. Am I the product?
Well, yes. Employers pay us because your job preferences exist in our database. However:
- We don't track your behavior.
- We don't share or sell your data.
- We don't show you ads.
- You decide when and with whom to share your contact information.
How much does it cost?
It's free for developers. Employers pay $100 to create a listing, and then they pay per introduction that they accept.
Creating a listing notifies matching developers. If they want to be introduced then we notify the employer. If the employer accepts the match, they pay for the introduction.
For an introduction, employers pay the greater of $100 or 0.1% of how much they are looking to pay the developer annually. For example, if you want to pay $150k, it costs $150 to accept an introduction to an interested developer.
How do I delete my account?
Email team at polyfill dot work and we'll delete your information.
